Gradings & Progression

Strike Kickboxing works on a progressive syllabus with recognised grades put onto the National Register of Lifetime Grades with the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association. This can be a great method of recognition and managed continual development. As you progress more advanced techniques and kicks are taught. This also runs alongside our self-defence curriculum.

The gradings are held approximately every 4 months with minimum training time in-between grades. We value independent feedback and have previously invited senior Dan graded martial artists to oversea this element, valuing their feedback and recognition.

We have high standards and also proudly operate as an inclusive club. These individual factors are taken into account.  Taking the grading does not guarantee passing the grading. You will need to show effort and resilience throughout.
