Whilst we are an inclusive club we have found those that some people cannot or don't like attending sessions. For this reason we have developed our own app.
Yes you can still grading! Your video is reviewed and feedback given. Periodic seminars are accessible by live youtube link. Designed by our Lead Coach Giles Hall the syllabus covers a full kickboxing and self-defence journey.
