Kickboxing Equipment
We have available a range of boxing gloves for beginners. You are welcome to use these but use anti-bacterial gel afterwards. After a while you may want other equipmen to join in all activities including sparring. For hygiene reasons we recommend you buy and use your own equipment as early as you can.
You will need:
Boxing Gloves
Full instep foot protectors
Shin Guard
Groin Guard (for males)
Mouth guard
Headguard
Chest Guard (optionals for females)
Please note: - if you want to compete at points fighting you need open handed points fighting gloves. For most continuous contact sparring you need closed handed, 10oz gloves.
